We really like the outstanding customer support, the ongoing improvements and additions to the course packs, and the wide variety of topics. Two things I'm not so thrilled about: first, it's sometimes hard to find the content that we need for a particular audience. I know the OpenSesame team helps with curation but they also provide a lot of options that may not be suitable. Secondly, not all publishers are equal. The broad range of options on any given topic with for many audiences. Most of our employees serve the trades and in addition to corporate feeling content, there is much for construction. If I could choose one thing that I don't love is that some of the trainings that I have wanted to use over the years are not part of the "Plus" subscription. Great variety of content. They have almost every possible corporate training topic you may need. This is especially valuable for compliance related training. The quality of their training is ok, but not great. There are not many activities that people can complete as part of the trainings integrating those activities to practical application. There are also some outdated training styles or too “creative” (not in a good way), which makes learners frustrated. I like that I have the ability to curate a catalog for our employees that focuses on the skills that our employees are asking to improve and to use publishers that resonate best with our culture. There is a lot of robust, consistent and high-quality support that enables their customers to achieve L&D and employee engagement goals. Customer Success Managers (Annie Taylor in our case) are very hands-on and collaborative in their approach, and the partnership has been incredibly helpful to us.
