After more than a year, I can say their customer service is fantastic. They are prompt and always willing to adapt to to meet our needs. They hold monthly customer meetings to keep everyone current with new content and content creators. I am excited for the customization of the content to be able to include our branding and direct links to needed documentation within the content. OpenSesame now has three different ways to search their database. A standard search box, speak with one of their in-house experts, or use their AI curator. I think with OpenSesame, the one thing that would be extremely beneficial is the ability to customize courses. Like, if we don't need the full two-hour course but just a twenty-minute segment, that customization would be super helpful. Also, a lot of the courses in OpenSesame have the same exact titles, which doesn't seem appealing to learners. It would be beneficial to customize the titles of courses as well.
