What I like best regarding OpenSense is the ease of use. Our signatures are driven by Azure groups; you simply put a user into one of the groups and they get the signature that is set. The Opensense interface is simple yet effective, and the best part, if you need help with anything, Opensense Support (Tori, Janelle and Alex) are always there for you and ready to jump in and help. OpenSense has been great. We initially set it up so we could have consistency between our signatures and the different Outlook applications. Utilizing OpenSense, we don't have to worry about having users create their own signatures, and everyone has the same! We set up our initial signature and rarely have to change it, and when we do, their support team can do the work for you. We have had 0 issues with signatures not working over the last few years. Tori Scharadin helped me reduce the number of signature templates from 30ish to about 4 by using Opensense's dynamic field population and logic to account for nuance differences between signatures. To be honest, I don't really have any pain points to mention at the moment. The html in the code editor use to be hard to read, but they've updated their engine to make it so much more user friendly.
