Overall, I’ve had a great experience with OpenSense. If I had to pick something to improve, it would be adding a few more customization options and making the interface slightly more intuitive for users. Let me first begin by saying my whole experience with the opensense team that I encountered was excellent! Ben, Corey and Royna are great representatives for opensense, approachable and experienced, they made the integration hassle free.

The product is well designed to meet specification and looks fantastic, the team are patient and responsive. As something we use daily to interact with our customers it's second to none, allowing us a broad spectrum of customisation to create banners and include add-ins to better connect with our customer base.

Implementation was simple and with the ongoing support of the team I believe the product will continue to improve as more features become available.

Setting up Opensense was a relatively simple process, particularly due to the excellent support we received during planning and configuration and the ease to integrate into our M365 stack. Once implemented, we have not had a real need to go back and make changes. It really has been set and forget, it just works. From an IT perspective, this is crucial. However, once we used it, there were obvious opportunities to add new customizations and business unit specific signatures. This process was also simple and gave us a nice flexibility. Opensense email signatures have been great for our business, enabling us to run promotions and raise awareness easily across different departments. We can run over 20 banners a month for different departments and segment the audience for precise targeting. The banners add an additional layer of authenticity to our business and provide another marketing channel, while also serving as a useful sales tool.
