"Consistent Branding and Flawless Email Signatures with Opensense"
5/5
What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

What I value most about the Opensense email signatures is having consistent branding. We use it for two different brands and I think it's elevated the look of our emails so much compared to what we had before, which was a template that users had to copy and paste. It leaves little room for user error and because the signature data syncs up regularly, you can be confident that the information is correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

There's not much to dislike. When we initially rolled out the signatures, there were a few minor changes or issues we needed help with, but the team (including Ben, Royna and Corey) was always extremely responsive and quick to resolve issues. Once you have everything set up, it's smooth sailing. The Opensense team makes sure everything looks great and functions correctly. They continue to be very responsive to any questions or needs that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Salesforce Integration for Consistent, On-Brand Messaging"
5/5
What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

I love that it integrates with our Salesforce instance for targeted messaging / designs and that it's standardized across the org (so that the branding can't be altered or changed one-off by someone not in marketing). The team and support we've received have been phenomenal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

The only one area of improvement would be creating a bi-directional sync with Salesforce so that open and click data can be logged in Sales Cloud for greater visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A year in and the product service meets/exceeds all expectations"
5/5
What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

Now over a year into post implementation the product and team still far exceed expectations! This has been a great tool for us to make sure our branding is on point and ensure we control the messaging from a department / corporate level. Ben, Cory, Ronya and the team have been fantastic! Even if we are coming with custom requests, they are always incredibly responsive, happy to help and jump on calls to immediately either address one-off concerns, train users or just show best practices. Can't ask for a better team.

With a user base of our size, 350+, the standardization of branding and consistency across all departments and users was a constant challenge. With emails coming from all sources, CRM, mobile, etc. we needed a way to streamline the brand image while still allowing for a sense of personalization in standardization. From the beginning, the team was efficient and extremely communicative for finding customized solutions that fit our need. The overall implementation ended up being easy based on all of the advice the team had to offer. During rollout, the team was there every step of the way ensuring support during the time of change. The platform is easy to use and the ability to sync with our CRM and AD provided the efficiency we needed in all use cases. Great team with a great tool. We have only scratched the surface and looking forward to working with the team as we expand our use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

The only real hurdle we run into is the inability to edit permissions on the individual user level but instead everything has to be handled on a group level. We have some individuals that cross groups we have created and have specific requests. While much of this can be handled inside plug-ins, we prefer to handle this on an enterprise level and our users have a CRM plug in so they are unable to use both simultaneously. "Great Balance of Admin Control and User-Friendly Flexibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

The balance of control and flexibility. Admins can control a lot of the signature elements, while still leaving appropriate flexibility and autonomy to individual team members. And that flexibility requires no additional lift on the admin side - individual users can make changes all on their own in a very user friendly manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

It is a little more expensive than other signature platforms we've used in the past, but not by much, and the extra expense has been well worth it thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Admin Navigation and Strong Brand Continuity"
5/5
What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

From an end-user standpoint, the biggest benefit is the ability to create brand continuity. From an administrator standpoint, it’s the ease of navigation on the admin side. Our Opensense implementation team (Royna Sunderrajan and Corey Smith) were very helpful during weekly check-ins and responded quickly when answering questions via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

If we need to make an update to the signature itself, I'm not very confident with coding and have to rely on the Opensense team for support if we need to make an adjustment - I wish it was an option for signature additions/changes to be made a different way. "Consistent, Brand-Controlled Signatures Across the Whole Organization"
5/5
What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

Open Sense Signatures are a truly great tool for any legitimate business. They make signatures consistent across the organization, from DC Admins to the CEO, so everything looks and feels the same. This consistency still allows for minimal customization while giving the organization control over our brand and what customers see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

Like any technology, there are a few quirks. Occasionally it can go down, and when that happens the signature can look a bit funky. This only happened once during the onboarding phase, which is something you can run into with any new tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Rollout with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

The most helpful aspect of Opensense Email Signatures was the incredible support we received from their team, especially Corey and Royna. Their assistance made our recent go-live a good experience. They were genuinely awesome, providing a really nice, casual, accommodating, and helpful approach throughout the process. Their support was definitely the best part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

While our overall experience was positive, we did encounter a few minor hiccups during the implementation process. However, these were not major issues and were quickly resolved with the help of the Opensense team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Endless Customization Possibilities"
5/5
What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?

Opensense has enabled us to create a truly complex and fantastic signature solution that has significantly reduced the manpower needed to maintain multiple brands. Their implementation team, shoutout to Royna, Corey, and Ben, made the entire project rollout and integration simple, reducing our anxiety going into it. We were given a tight timeline, and they made it happen! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?

With great customization comes complexity. Maintaining the system is easy, but every change requires multiple pairs of eyes to ensure we aren't affecting the core of why we chose Opensense: the ability to have a single template spanning 30+ brands and 45+ domains.
