Opensense does not currently support shared mailboxes, which means we’re unable to apply a standardized signature to messages sent from those shared accounts. As a result, we can’t stamp a generic signature on outbound email from our shared user mailboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Opensense Email Signature, spent time and effort to learn about behaviours of each team, each individual's relationship to signatures and have put forward an option/solution to achieve the different needs. With every application, there are little annoyances. The only one we have had since inception was that the signatures may not always appear in the email right away, however regardless of it showing or not, we know that when we send it out, it will be there no matter the circumstances.
