What do you dislike about OpenReq? 1. They don't have access to the latest tools that can boost productivitiy. You'd have to buy it yourself. 2. Their sourcing staff could be improved. We gave OpenReq challenging requirements and constraints, which made their job difficult. Despite this, they delivered. What do you dislike about OpenReq? We didn't encounter any significant issues working with OpenReq. Their service met our needs effectively. What problems is OpenReq solving and how is that benefiting you? OpenReq solved a critical problem for us. We needed a specialized electrical engineer with wearables, flexible electronics, and high-density board layout experience. This was a crucial hire for our startup that we couldn't manage on our own. No actual downsides, but generally working on hourly instead of contingent means you'll pay even if the position doesn't get filled.
