## Quo Reviews
 ### 1. OpenPhone is the Must have Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin B. | Senior Mortgage Broker, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

It records all of your calls for you to go back and listen to. I am in sales so it allows me to go back and listen to myself and make changes and adjustments to all of my pitches. Plus I have records of all my calls with my clients. I use the product everyday, and it is very very user friendly. I have it downloaded on my cell phone and computer so its easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes the system goes down and it is a little annoying since its my form of contact buttttttt they usually resolve the issue super quick so its not really a con

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its allowing me to reach more of my clients and be able to record notes of all the conversations I have. I talk to a lot of people so its very hard to remember all the conversations

 ### 2. Effortless Phone Management for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike F. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Simplified phone service for our small business. We have three phone lines and it's easy to navigate between them. Note taking and call recording makes it easy to decipher between wanted/unwanted callers and the purpose of their calls.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Their AI feature Sona is good but needs a bit of work on its responses. We'll probably use it a lot more in the future but base on our call volume, it wasn't the best at creating relevant responses.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have heavy call traffic, but we have several business lines and need something that is quick, simple and efficient. Also it's sometimes hard to learn about why people are calling -- they don't tend to leave messages if we're tied up or it's after hours. We recently set up automatic text responses and our customer response communication has greatly imporved.

 ### 3. Best Dialer for RE Lead managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francis N. | Senior Leads & marketing manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like how Quo is built with lead managers in mind. It’s very easy to follow up, and having SMS and calls in one place makes the workflow smooth. The call transcripts are also a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Can add more call dispo automation and increase message limits for sms outreach

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me time on lead management and pipeline organization.

 ### 4. very satisfied

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathieu L. | Président, B.Sc., Kinésiologie, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Call recording, summaries, etc. In addition to all the rest.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Some features could be more intuitive, especially at the beginning.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Record calls, transcription, etc.

 ### 5. Great Transcripts and Recording—Perfect for Training and a Local Texas Number

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I love the transcript and recording functions, and I really appreciate that I can use a local Texas number for my Texas-based business. The transcripts are also great to review later for training purposes.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The AI receptionist function, although I must admit that I need to explore the settings further on that, there seem to be so many functions I've not yet used.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to make calls to clients and business contacts in Texas, and it’s been beneficial for me since calls are a key part of my daily workflow.

 ### 6. Effortless Setup, Powerful Automations, and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathaniel M. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Easy to use, setup was straight forward and quick, great automations, and AI continues to improve. Customer service is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Initially i had some issues with texts not going out, but we were able to resolve. I also wish the number registration was managed and taken care of for you. As a business owner that would be 1 less thing to worry about.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Quo as our main office number and employee direct numbers. We also use it to integrate with Jobber and track custom interactions.

 ### 7. Great for managing business calls and texts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I’ve been using OpenPhone for my business and it’s made things a lot easier. I like having a separate number for work without needing another phone. The app is simple, call quality is solid, and texting works great. The shared inbox and call recording features are super handy too. Overall, it just works the way you want it to.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I wish they offered live chat support. It would make getting quick answers or resolving issues a lot easier.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo makes it easier to manage my finances and credit in one place. It helps me understand what’s affecting my credit and gives me steps to improve it, which has been really helpful for planning future goals.

 ### 8. Great for Managing Conversations, but Contact Search Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like that. I can mark my conversations as done, so I can clear my inbox and only focus on current conversations. I also enjoy the call feature and ability to send photos. Since I work with a membership base of over 300 people, I’m glad they do not have my personal number and can use my Quo line.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I find it frustrating that, quite often, when I search for a name in my contacts, the phone number does not appear. This forces me to return to my own database, copy the number, and then paste it. For example, when I try to reach someone, I have to search for the contact number in my file, then return to Quo, and search the phone number before it finally shows up. This disconnect makes reaching out to people more time-consuming than it should be.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use quote to reach members of my company without attaching my personal phone number and maintaining the accessibility directly to my phone. I like that I can get notifications across devices so that I can keep tabs on all conversations, no matter where I am.

 ### 9. 3 Years with Quo: Smooth Calls and Responsive Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Didier T. | Customer Service, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Been using Quo for 3 years now and I enjoy the experience with the app. Customer service always responds on time whenever I have an inquiry and I have no issue whatsoever with my calls.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I don't have anything that I dislike about the app.+-

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me communicate with client efficiently. It helps me answer inquiries and maintain communication with clients.

 ### 10. Excellent Service, Though Support Could Be Even Better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arjun c. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo for its intuitive interface and ease of use, which allows small teams to set up professional business lines and shared inboxes in minutes without technical expertise.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

lack of live phone support, as technical issues often require waiting for a response via email or chat tickets.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo solves the problem of scattered client communication by centralizing all calls, texts, and voicemails into a single shared inbox, ensuring teams can collaborate on responses and no lead falls through the cracks.

 ### 11. Great Support and Easy to Use, but ...

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo is fairly easy to use once you have done it a few times. Their help and support chat feature is worth it's weight in gold. You get a quick response to your question from their AI and are quickly put in touch with a real human tech if needed.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The way Quo was introduced to me was awful. As a brand new employee, never having heard of Quo or Open Phone, I received an email telling me to sign up for Open Phone. I don't believe this method of introduction was dictated by Quo but was the way my company introduces it. This had a profound effect on how I viewed Quo in the beginning. Perhaps Quo could develop an introductory email that they could give to all the companies that want to introduce it to their new employees.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is working on making my communication with outside sources efficient with clear reception

 ### 12. Clean, Reliable, and Easy to Use – A Great Tool for Organized Communication

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo has been such a great tool for keeping communication organized and professional. I love how clean and easy the platform is to use, it makes handling calls, texts, and voicemails simple and efficient. Everything stays in one place so I’m never digging through different apps or missing messages. It’s reliable, quick, and helps me stay on top of client communication no matter where I’m working from. Overall, Quo makes my day to day workflow smoother and helps me deliver a better experience for my clients.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The only thing I find a little frustrating about Quo is how closing conversations works. You have to close them one at a time, which can be time consuming when there are a lot open, and the completed button is placed right next to the call button, so it’s easy to accidentally click the wrong one. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice if there were a faster or more streamlined way to manage multiple conversations at once. Other than that, Quo has been reliable, easy to use, and a great tool overall.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is helping solve the problem of scattered communication by keeping everything like calls, texts, and voicemails in one organized place. It saves me time, reduces missed messages, and makes it easier to manage client conversations efficiently. I also really like that everything is recorded, summarized, and transcribed, which helps with documentation and makes it easy to reference past conversations when needed. Overall, it helps me stay organized, consistent, and professional in my communication while improving response time and customer experience.

 ### 13. I just love it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo has become one of the most valuable tools in my workflow. As someone who works remotely, it allows me to stay connected with anyone in the US, no matter where I am in the world. The call quality is excellent, and I really appreciate having the text option, which is incredibly useful. I can answer calls either from my computer or my phone, making it a very versatile solution. I also had a small problem with it and they got back to me withing hours about the problem.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I don't see any downsides to QUO; it's a very useful app.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a remote worker, I often need to connect with various customers, suppliers, and clients across the US. Quo has proven to be the ideal tool for me, allowing me to stay in touch with everyone no matter where I am, whether I'm using my phone or laptop.

 ### 14. Effortless Call and Message Management with Quo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne A. | Patient Advocate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I think Quo is a great app. I like that I can add contacts that I use frequently, and it is easy to keep track of calls and text messages. I like that I can move messages and calls to a ‘Done’ folder, which I can access if needed.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There’s not much I don’t like about Quo. Only thing would be sometimes when I get calls through Quo, they don’t ring to my phone and I only see them after they leave a message.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is very helpful for my business and keeping myself organized.

 ### 15. A Seamless Switch to a Superior Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silee W. | Sales Manager`, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Switching to Quo has been a fantastic decision for our team. From the very beginning, the platform was incredibly easy to implement. We were up and running much faster than anticipated, thanks to a straightforward and intuitive setup process.

What truly stands out is the product's ease of use. The interface is clean and user-friendly, allowing my entire team to adapt quickly with minimal training. It's clear that Quo was designed with the end-user in mind. Furthermore, whenever we had a question, their customer support was great—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I'm so glad we made the switch to Quo; it has significantly improved our workflow and I would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I have no complaints. Up to now, my experience with them has been excellent.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 16. A great app that helps any company communicate from everywhere in the world with their customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian C. | International Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone is a great tool for companies that want to stay connected with their customers from anywhere in the world. It makes communication simple by putting calls, texts, and contacts all in one place. The app is easy to use, flexible, and keeps teams organized. It’s a smart solution for modern businesses that value clear and reliable communication.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Minor periodic bugs that need their tech team's intervention

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone solves the problem of managing business communication across multiple devices and platforms. Instead of juggling personal and work numbers, everything is centralized in one app, which makes it much easier to stay organized. It also helps teams collaborate by sharing numbers, so customers get quick and consistent replies. For me, it means less confusion, faster responses, and a more professional way to connect with clients.

 ### 17. A wonderful service with a boatload of features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan F. | Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I love OpenPhone. I love it so much I manually moved one by one over 600 contacts from an old service that doesn't have the capabilities of their app and ported my number over to them. I am currently working on using a Zapier integration to send out mass texts to my old leads to tell them about some new insurance products I recently began offering/became available and the overall interface is super easy to use and great for business. I have custom tags on my contacts, can put notes for clients to have info I need to remember immediately on hand, and the AI call summaries are wonderful for helping me remember the context and details of each conversation I have with my clients. I cannot recommend this service enough and if you want a free $20 visa gift care for signing up, use my link here to give yourself another benefit on top of the litany of services OpenPhone includes. Bravo OpenPhone, bravo. https://openph.one/referral/q_KA0wp

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Only dislike is there appears to be a limit on how big texts are you can send at one time. I was attempting to send out a large detailed message to someone and I had to break it into two pieces, which I know I would not have to do if I were messaging from my iPhone. Other than that this service is on par with iMessage. It would also be nice if the messages were RCS supported instead of just SMS. Still give it the highest possible rating because I feel these fixes would not be that difficult and I trust they will be fixed over time.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me in so many ways. I have been an insurance agent for about three years and have used a number of different apps and services to utilize my personal number on, and finally I have a service to keep my clients organized and steadily in contact with that meets all my needs. I'm finally home.

 ### 18. Quo Elevates My Business—Efficient, Evolving, and Great Value with Room for More Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo has been an incredible tool as I launch my new business. It’s helping me streamline communication, look more professional from day one, and keep everything organized in one place. I also really appreciate how the platform keeps evolving—especially with the addition of AI and other smart features that make running a growing business easier and more efficient. I've had to reach out to customer service several times as I get up and running and the response time is quick, extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend it to business owners.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I would like to see more voices options for text to speech voicemail. Also, as an Apple product user I would love an Apple Watch app for Quo as well.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one common platform to use for my business communications that is easily accessible on desktop and mobile devices but also affordable.

 ### 19. User Friendly UI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy Y. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I’ve been using OpenPhone for a while now and have been consistently impressed with its user-friendly interface and overall reliability. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes managing business communications seamless, even for team members who aren’t particularly tech-savvy. I also appreciate how dependable it is; calls and messages go through without issues, and the system is stable and responsive. It’s been a great tool for staying organized and connected, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern business phone solution.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There are a few areas where I think it could improve, especially when it comes to reporting.

For example, I’d love to see the ability to schedule reports to be sent via email automatically, right now it manual. It would also be helpful if reports included more context, like employee names or IDs, so it’s easier to track activity across the team.

Another small frustration is having to pay for users who are just admins and don’t actually need a phone line to make calls. It would be great if there were a way to assign admin roles without tying them to an active line.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone is solving the problem of managing business communication in a clean, centralized, and professional way, especially for remote teams. It eliminates the need for personal phones in work conversations, allows us to assign dedicated numbers to team members, and keeps call logs, texts, and voicemails organized in one platform.

The ability to have shared inboxes and call routing has made it much easier to manage inbound leads and customer service without missing anything. It’s also helped with accountability and visibility across our team, especially helpful when reviewing communication history.

Most importantly , OpenPhone is very reasonably priced compared to other business phone solutions, which makes it a great value for small and growing teams. It gives us the tools we need without breaking the budget.

 ### 20. Seamless Transition and Outstanding Support with Quo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Persa R. | Self Employed, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo was amazing! Very easy to convert over to and they are extremely responsive when I had a million questions during the transition process! They were/are amazing! My service has been 10/10 since moving over from Google voice!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I love it all! If I had to pick one thing, sometimes there’s a lag in the app to refresh to show a new text message. But that’s very minor to me.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is giving me a seamless business phone line that allows me to rely on them without having to worry about missing potential leads.

 ### 21. Perfect solution for team collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo is a great solution for a smaller company to collaborate on client interaction and management. I love that it allows for seamless communication across a shared number- our whole team can see messages, respond quickly, and keep track of client history in one place. The interface is clean and intuitive, and setup was simple.

Having the ability to assign or comment on messages has been a game-changer for our workflow-it keeps everyone aligned without needing extra tools or endless internal messages. It’s also great that it integrates well with our CRM and supports both SMS and call tracking.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The only thing I’d love to see in future updates is expanded analytics and more automation options, but overall, Quo has exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for small to mid-sized teams looking for a professional, centralized communication hub.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo solves the problem of scattered client communication. Before using it, messages and calls were split between personal phones, email threads, and multiple apps, which made follow-up and accountability difficult. Now, everything is centralized - our whole team can view conversations, tag each other, and maintain continuity even if someone is out.

It’s also helped us present a more professional front to clients. We can manage multiple numbers, share updates instantly, and ensure no messages fall through the cracks. The result is faster response times, better collaboration, and a smoother client experience overall.

 ### 22. Effortless Setup and Smart AI Make This VoIP System Stand Out

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerhard K. | Cybersecurity Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The setup process is extremely straightforward, and there are numerous setup and advanced tutorial videos available, along with comprehensive PDF documentation for their VoIP system. Additionally, Sona, the AI answering clerk, is impressively intelligent and adapts well based on how you configure her.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far all is excellent, Soba needs adjustments in nose caller environments. However every current AI is struggling with voice isolation.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A local, high-quality business VoIP number is available, along with the added benefit of a virtual answering assistant.

 ### 23. Exceptional Support and Clear Guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha B. | Owner/Travel Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

They are quick to respond when I have questions and were very thorough in giving instructions on how to complete something. They are also very kind. It is also a very easy to use program that gives a lot of useful features.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I have not encountered one yet. I appreciate their work.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used a previous phone service and it was very limited. It made doing business on the go difficult. Quo has really allowed me more flexibility.

 ### 24. Super convenient, but not perfect

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nat C. | Web designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I’ve been using OpenPhone for my web agency and love how seamlessly it integrates with my personal mobile. There's no need for a second phone. It’s affordable, handles SMS well, and works great if you don’t rely heavily on calls.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Call clarity could be better, and my number has occasionally been flagged as spam. Also, some institutions won’t accept it for verification purposes, likely because it’s a VoIP number, which can be seen as less secure. So I end up having to use my personal mobile number anyway in those cases.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I just wanted a simple way to keep my business separate from my personal life without having to carry two phones. OpenPhone makes that easy. I can text clients, take the occasional call, and still keep my personal number private. It’s affordable, easy to use, and fits right into how I already use my phone. I also really like that I can access it through my web browser, which makes it super convenient to respond to or start SMS messages when I’m working from my computer.

 ### 25. Good Phone System for Small Biz

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizzy O. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Easy to use on both my phone and desktop, in the office or on the go. A lot of helpful features within the tool to use and communicate efficiently with out clients (like the after hours replies, call transferring, saved snippets, etc). Saves some precious time!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Some buggy aspects, random weirdness like marking texts as unread when just I am the last one who text the person, jumping to random texts sometimes, every once in a while seeing a text come through but it now showing when I open the text thread. Normal technical issues, not always perfect, but to be expected sometimes with technology!

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone helps our business run more efficiently and cut out some of the busy work in the day to day. We love having auto-replies for when the office is closed. Internal threads and tagging teammates is awesome. I enjoy using snippets for saving time on texting appt confirmations. And especially the call summaries are a game changer for us, the boss has stopped taking notes with paper!

 ### 26. Essential Platform That Elevates Client Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mona C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I was looking for a better way to serve my clients, and Quo has truly helped me achieve that and more. I am very grateful for this platform. It provides a wide range of features that I believe are essential for most business owners, and could even be useful for personal needs. Personally, I am using it for my business. Thank you, Quo!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about them!

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to maintain consistent communication with my clients.

 ### 27. Public School Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hillary P. | Special Education Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like the ability to manage teams and provide access easily to new staff members that need mobile access to do their jobs remotely. It is cost effective to provide a professional number for school staff that provide services in the community. I like the feature that you can turn on office hours and do not distrub messages. This helps staff to set boundaries for when they can get and receive messages since their work number is connected to their personal phones.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

It took some time to understand how to set up as the owner vs being the administrator/user. But the chat feature has been helpful to answer questions and ensure the organization and usage/access for each member is set up correctly.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to provide communication for staff members that work remotely or out in the community and need to have a way to communicate with each other and families/clients.

 ### 28. Great way to separate personal from business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I learned in my last business that it's a terrible idea to use your personal phone for business purposes; however, I hated having 2 phones to manage. In my next venture, Quo has been perfect for managing everything on 1 device, while limiting clients' overuse of my personal phone. The working hours feature of Quo creates a really strong separation between personal and business alerts, which I really appreciate. Overall, Quo was very easy to set up and works great. It has some CRM-esque features like snippets that come in handy when you're having to type the same message to multiple people over and over. For the price of a regular phone line, this is a great option for me as a sole proprietor, and if I ever build a larger team, I can see Quo integrating very well. I'm very happy overall!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Nothing yet; it has served its purpose for my needs.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving me a dedicated business number without needing a second device

 ### 29. Very useful app with excellent customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christa M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone was super easy to get started with. I have tried five other VOIP phone services and OpenPhone has been the best. I wish I had started with them first. They offered a range of Canadian phone numbers in my business area to choose from. The user interface is very simple and easy to use. The phone service works great. I recently had to contact support to change my billing address and they were very friendly and helpful. I have a small business with a few different phone lines so this application works the best for me.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There is nothing I dislike about it. Even the price is great!

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone offered the relevant phone numbers for my business area. Other services did not have these phone numbers or they would have been at an additional high cost.

 ### 30. Clean, Easy-to-Navigate Platform for Managing Every Facet of Our Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny R. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo allows me to manage multiple facets of our business all from one platform. Everything is very clean and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is allowing me to save a ton of time spent on daily operations, communicate better with our staff and customer base, and improve record keeping in several areas of our business.

 ### 31. Effortless Setup and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre H. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Very simple user interface. Virtually no user training required. Their supprot team was amazing at following up to port our number from our previous provider.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Limited extension in the automated voice answering service. Like it's impossible for someone to keep their previous extension like 228. You need to create sub menu with extensions from 1 to 9.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the same number and virtual phones that can follow our team no matter where they are working is a huge advantage. There's no longer a need for an expensive in-house VOIP service, since everything is managed in the cloud.

 ### 32. All-in-One Communication Streamlined for Easy Call and Text Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaiah H. | Community outreach manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I love how you’re able to go back and read the call logs and that it’s all streamlined in one conversation both call logs and text messages

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

maybe the one thing is because I have two lines that I can see. I am not able to turn off the notification bubble for one line or at least I don’t know how to. I haven’t found a way to sound notifications for one line and only receive for another.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The whole team is able to check on everyone’s progress and that’s the best

 ### 33. OpenPhone now Quo was a game changer for our business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

We use Quo every day and it is an integral part of our business. The integration was pretty smooth and implementing the app and its features was easy. They have a very good customer support system that gets to our questions or issues quickly. Most of the time, the issue is resolved very quickly. Updates to the app and features only make the service better. As an example, allowing 3 way calling, really made a big difference. The ability to schedule message for future dates/times blew my mind and comes in very handy when I get a thought after hours or late in the evening but don't want to forget conveying it to a colleague or vendor.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes the quality of the call isn't the best but this is few and far between. Integration with HubSpot is great but has created duplicate contacts in Quo, which is frustrating. I don't know if that is a Quo or HubSpot issue but would be nice to get resolved.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo really helps keep our communication, both internally and with inbound/outbound calls, organized.

 ### 34. Excellent Support via Email

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea M. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo was extremely responsive to all my email and chat questions. I had a resolution within a day for all inquiries. I also received follow-up emails to make sure my concern was taken care of.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I do not like that I cannot talk to an actual person. My porting process could have gone smoother had I known there was a glitch in their document upload at the time.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted a separate phone app for all of my business clients. I wanted a separate ring on my phone to indicate business calls and a completely separate list of phone numbers, different from my personal contacts.

 ### 35. Much better than expected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip R. | Area Director/Growth Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The desktop and mobile apps are well laid out and easy to understand. I love that I can add info to contact records above just a name and number. Also, having all of my conversations (audio and SMS) together is invaluable and something I've not seen with any other voice over company.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

My only complaint is that clicking a phone number forces a call and I'd prefer to have an option to call or text.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business number needs to be available on my desktop, laptop, smart phone and tablet (Andriod). OpenPhone keeps all the devices updated and I have immediate access to collected numbers (and basic notes) for my clients and colleagues. I've had no downtime since I started which makes me feel safe in not missing a call.

 ### 36. OpenPhone, a phone altenative with Flare!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy P. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The alternative of a phone within a phone, that is able to accurately record and summarize a phone conversation with the assistance of AI technology is quite the game-changer. The numbers which were chosen were implemented the same day, as well as a standard written voicemail, which was then recorded as a standard in, or out-of-office greeting. The availability of customer support thru 24/7 chat, allows for a very easy and supportive experience. All phone numbers which get generated through OpenPhone are also easily portable with other existing phone companies, as i discovered when one of my numbers was ported to T-Mobile. The overall experience has been very positive, and I would recommend this service to anyone looking to handle day-to-day calls instead of having to use a call center.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There are no real downsides to using OpenPhone, unless you are trying to identify a specific phone number for use, as the numbers available are picked at random. There was also the challenge with 2 of my 3 numbers being identified as "Scam Likely." The resultant issue prompted me to reach out to an outside service that re-labels each number.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not used the 'team function" but I can see the benefit. Currently, I use the service to accurately track incoming calls, I never miss calls, as the App is on several of my devices and provides quality notifications.

 ### 37. Admin user and personal user of Quo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I appreciate that we can share different phone lines among our team members. Several employees are able to use a shared line, which lets them make US-based calls with our business area code—something they wouldn’t be able to do otherwise. This feature also makes it much easier for our admin team to track and report on the team’s work.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Occasionally, calls may drop when someone tries to reach me. There have been instances where clients needed to call back in order to get a clear connection.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This service allows our assistants, who share a phone line, to make calls to clients using our local area code. It also provides separate lines for our admin team, so we no longer have to rely on our personal cell phones for work-related calls.

 ### 38. Exceptional Support Makes QUO Stand Out

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salman S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The best thing about QUO is their fast and reliable support team. They respond quickly, stay engaged until the issue is resolved, and make the whole communication process seamless.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. Occasionally, some billing or account settings can be a bit confusing at first, but their support team always helps resolve it quickly.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QUO helps me manage business communications efficiently by keeping all calls, texts, and team messages organized in one place. It’s especially useful for handling multiple carrier and client lines under one platform, saving time and keeping everything professional.

 ### 39. Effortless to Use with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keli K. | Connection Nurturer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

It's easy to use and when I need assistance with something I just chat with the AI bot and if that doesn't help I get a real person to help me solve the problem.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometime I need to refresh my page in order to see and accurate reflection of what is in my inbox.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo allows several members of our team to monitor our calls and texts in real time from different locations across the country.

 ### 40. Office Hours Feature Lets Me Control Notifications

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan T. | Owner/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

It's nice to be able to set office hours and not have it ringing or dinging at anytime of day and night. That and being able to have different numbers and team members to keep things centralized.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The desktop app doesn't always seem to stay logged in and doesn't refresh very quickly. I'll always get notified on my phone first and sometimes I would like to just use it at the computer instead of the phone.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a centralized phone system. I have a simple business and simple needs, but it's still helpful. And I have the ability to expand in the future.

 ### 41. Centralized Communication That Boosts Response Speed and Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo allows us to centralize all our customer communication in a single platform, eliminating the need to use personal phone numbers or various scattered tools. This has enabled us to respond more quickly, reduce the number of lost leads, and gain much clearer insight into each customer's situation. Additionally, the Customer Support is very fast.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Just a matter with Synch between Quo and HubSpot.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo helps us centralize and manage all our contacts and calls in one place instead of juggling different tools and phone numbers. It keeps a clear history of who called, when, and what was discussed, so our team always has context. This makes it much easier to follow up, avoid missed calls, and give a more professional, organized experience to our customers.

 ### 42. Open Phone

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle F. | Manger, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone has been a game-changer for managing my business communications. It provides a simple, intuitive platform that makes it easy to separate personal and professional calls — all from one device.

What I love:

Clean, user-friendly interface: The app is straightforward and easy to navigate, even for non-tech-savvy users.

Great features for teams: Shared numbers, internal messaging, voicemail transcriptions, and call recording make collaboration smooth.

Affordable pricing: Compared to traditional business phone solutions, OpenPhone is much more cost-effective without sacrificing features.

Call quality: Crystal clear on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. No major connection issues so far.
customer support is able to fix any problem we have quickly

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Room for improvement:

Integration options are solid, but I’d love to see more CRM tools supported natively.

Occasionally there’s a delay in voicemail notifications, but it’s minor and doesn’t affect daily operations much.

Overall, OpenPhone is perfect for startups, small businesses, and remote teams looking for a reliable, flexible, and modern phone solution. Highly recommend!

 ### 43. Reliable Phone System for Our Rental Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ged C. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I really like how simple and seamless OpenPhone is to use. It keeps our rental business organized since all calls, texts, and voicemails are in one place and easy to track. Having a professional business number that works on both desktop and mobile makes it very convenient. The ability to share access with our team and keep communication clear has been a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If anything, sometimes I wish there were even more advanced features, but overall OpenPhone already covers what we need really well. It’s reliable and straightforward, which is exactly what we were looking for.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all our rental calls and texts in one place, making communication with tenants simple, professional, and easy to track.

 ### 44. Great Interface, Fast Technology, Simple Yet Analytical

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jo S. | Director of Guest Relations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like how easy it is to track analytics. The app itself is extremely fast and never delayed or lagging. The best part is the quality of the calls, the Ai summarization of calls, and the user interface is clean and simple. We use it integrated with Slack for work which is fantastic. I have not needed to use customer support as I've never had an issue to address, which is a good thing!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I would like better quality exchanges of videos or photos.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can monitor all call activity from our guest support team, easily review communication in their ai summarization of calls, and use it heavily as a texting platform for our customers/guests.

 ### 45. Access Anywhere, Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cynthia D. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

That I can use it from any location whether it is my phone app or computer, it is available everywhere. The customer service responses have also been quick and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

It took a while for me to able to log in because of some email issues which was a little bit of a hassle. However once I was able to log in everything worked well.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is benefiting me because it is my office phone replacement. I no longer need a physical office phone to be able to do my work which helps when out of the office/working remotely.

 ### 46. A solution to a problem I didn't know I had.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer C. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The intigration with our CRM is amazing, I can see which client is calling. It's really nice how it labels which user is talking to which client. And having the ability to have the calls recorded and automatically transcribed has been a life saver. I use OpenPhone daily and it has made my life so much easier. I was able to implement OpenPhone with all of out systems. The customer support gets back to me quickly and always follows up.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I wish OpenPhone had the ability to schedule mass marketing texts.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I never knew which client was calling, with OpenPhone, they pulled my contacts and now I never have to wonder who is calling or if someone from my company has been in contact with them.

 ### 47. Streamlined Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abby M. | Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The calling, texting, and recording features work reliably across both phone and computer, giving me the flexibility to switch between devices as needed throughout my day. For professionals who juggle high volumes of communication, OpenPhone delivers the convenience and efficiency that makes a real difference in daily operations

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Very occassionally the app has glitches, and I'll notice a phone call came in late.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a recruiter who connects with dozens of candidates and clients daily, OpenPhone has been a game-changer for my workflow. The ability to manage all my business communications from a single device has eliminated the hassle of carrying two phones, while the seamless integration between mobile and desktop platforms ensures I never miss important conversations.

 ### 48. Accessing Calls and Texts Anywhere Makes Work Easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian L. | optometrist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like being able to access call logs, texts from mobile, or any PC at my office. I like being able to schedule text messages! this is very helpful!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Interface is somewhat crowded. Sometimes, my activity log is on 'DONE' so I don't see the unanswered messages. At times, it's not easy to know where your active call is happening when you're looking through multiple threads - I have copied the wrong phone number because I got lost in the threads.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am expanding to two offices, but only want to maintain one phone number! Quo has helped me do this!

 ### 49. Effortless Setup and Reliable Calls with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo is super easy to set up and use. We use it every day to call our clients, and it just works. Call quality is solid, which helps us maintain a professional business number, and it suits a small company. We've used it for years and have had no issues. When changing the number, I contacted CS for the first time, and they were very helpful and fast. Unlike other apps, I did not have to chase them, they kept me updated and went out of their way to make things easier for me.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Honestly, not much. If I had to pick something, I’d love a bit more reporting, would like to see my talking time, how many calls I made/received

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a simple, reliable way to call clients without using personal numbers and without a complicated phone setup. Quo keeps our communication professional and consistent, makes it easier to customers to call us, and helps our small team stay on top of client calls.

 ### 50. Outstanding Support, Innovative Features, and Business-Focused Team
