I like that they are priced better than the competition. I feel I am aware of how both platforms work and have never felt like I was giving up anything by choosing OM3. They are a great product. I feel as though some of the changes they have made while the product evolves have taken away functionality. When you make changes to the software that affect me and don't give me the ability to go back to the way it worked before it makes me feel alienated as a customer. Always there to answer every question and make time for the training of staff. The site was easy to use and uploading distribution lists were easy. It is very user friendly and the customer service is outstanding. If I have any type of question regarding using OpenMoves I am able to reach out to technical support and always get a timely response and my issues have always been resolved. I have had some issues with formatting but I was able to reach out to technical support and they helped me with my issue. I can't say enough about their technical support department. Recommendations to others considering OpenMoves OM3: I would recommend OpenMoves because it is user friendly, customer support is outstanding and the product is great. The reporting is very easy to use. We send several newsletters and dedicated emails out per week and have found that through OpenMoves we are able to reach our contacts and receive responses back in a timely manner. The emails are easy to set up and if I have ever had an issue I was able to reach out to technical support and have my problem taken care of asap. Most of the time it is operator error on my end. We have found we receive a great response back from our outreach through OpenMoves.
