**What do you like best about OpenLoop?**

OpenLoop posits that it delivers provider and billing services, which is a powerful product offering.

**What do you dislike about OpenLoop?**

Unfortunately, when we attempted to follow through with adopting OpenLoop's product offering, we were met with changing terms and an unpleasant sales experience. Over more than 2 months of diligencing, the two sales reps on our deal changed expectations around billing services. And, while I totally understand an early stage company needing to change their product offering, the rude attitude of the reps exacerbated an already frustrating experience.

**What problems is OpenLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenLoop purports to deliver provider and billing services, which would solve our need for a white-labeled telemedicine solution. But, in reality, it seems as though they only deliver provider services.
