There are a variety of courses and types of lessons. You can run it at your own pace. The concepts are easily explained and provide a wholesome lesson set. **What do you dislike about OpenLearning?** Maybe if they provided more testing mechanisms that could allow me to test diverse concepts and skills, that would be helpful. There are several cool ways nowdays with technology that can be leveraged. **What problems is OpenLearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** On job training for my staff. Also, the new hires (full time, contract, summer) are finding it helpful to gain new skills and learn the necessary skills to succed. ### 2. In today's fast-paced world, if you're not a life-long learner, just staying as smart and knowledgeable as you had been a year or two ago, you're essentially moving backwards in this world where your competitors are enriching themselves every day at places such as OpenLearning (well, you can hope your competitors don't know about it). OpenLearning offers student-centric lessons, quizzes, and tests to measure where you are and meet you there on your journey. **What do you dislike about OpenLearning?** Frankly there's not much to dislike about this. **Recommendations to others considering OpenLearning:** Highly recommended! The courses are not limited to what I mentioned. There are courses on anything you can think of. Just take a look at OpenLearning website to see for yourself. **What problems is OpenLearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm learning coding at my own pace. I had tried codecombat since around 3 years ago since I encountered it, and though codecombat is a really neat idea, I don't feel that I've really learned what I was aiming to learn. With the course at OpenLearning I can recall more of what I've gone over in the training. ### 4.
