**What do you like best about OpenLab?**

The best thing about the Agilent software is the ease of use they are giving.

**What do you dislike about OpenLab?**

Now a days the AI enabled features is being incorporated in the software. I would like to draw the attention of Agilent people to try to incorporate those features also.

**What problems is OpenLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Openlab is easy to integrate the HPLC with Mass spectrophotometer. There is no any error of communication between the two devices by using openlab and this is very time saving.
