I would like to draw the attention of Agilent people to try to incorporate those features also. **What problems is OpenLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** Openlab is easy to integrate the HPLC with Mass spectrophotometer. We even had archival happened in duplicates and took a lot of storage **Recommendations to others considering OpenLab:** There are many archival systems but as far as it goes openlab give a safe environment and good backup architecture **What problems is OpenLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly archival is not something all instruments comes with and even if they do they will work only for that particular application but having openlab we can do archival for many application at same time ### 3.
