**What do you like best about OpenHotel PMS?**

OpenHotel PMS is a complete solution for managing a hotel property. From inventory to channel management to fixing prices of hotel rooms at different channels to a complete booking system, everything is included in this PMS. It's super easy to handle and there are alot of tutorial videos to help you out. Cloud based solution makes it easy to access anywhere you want.

**What do you dislike about OpenHotel PMS?**

Few features and modules of this PMS are harder to find but once you get familiar with complete system, it would be easy. User interface needs few improvements.

**What problems is OpenHotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This PMS has got all solutions which I need to run my hotel business smoothly. I don't need to opt for too many solutions if I choose OpenHotel PMS. Even Hotel website is also there.
