User interface. Admin interface. **What do you dislike about OpenEnvoy?** Would like to see greater flexibility in how an admin can write workflows. **What problems is OpenEnvoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to handle enormous AP volume with limited staff. When a job seemlessly is approved and synced through OE it's wonderful. In addition, when OE accurately applies GL codes and reads all the invoices' little notations accurately it makes the whole billing process a lot smoother ! The filters also make it very easy to sort through jobs. **What do you dislike about OpenEnvoy?** There have been quite a few errors. Including OE having billed some of the jobs incorrectly, mislabelling GL codes, not recognizing that an item is on back order ( and listed as such on the invoice), not applied freight/dropship charges. I could go on. But the OE team is continuing to help work with me on these, so I appreciate that. **What problems is OpenEnvoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** OE is providing automated billing, which creates time that I would otherwise use on that, for other things. In addition, OE has been helpful in bringing errors to my attention in a more efficient manner as well. The dispute feature is a very nice way to keep any problems organized, though I would love to see a more detailed dispute feature. This quick and easy organizing of overbillings, mischarges, errors, etc makes it an over all streamlined way to work through them. ### 3. If I make a mistake there should be easier ways to fix the mistake For instance if I delete an invoice in error, there should be a way for me to undue it. **What problems is OpenEnvoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit is enters all the information so I don't have to. It is also is easy to find an invoice if I am missing one. OE also tells me what it missing before I even look at the invoice. ### 4. Can easily detect payment errors between invoices, BOQs and Contracts. Helps in better and seamless process in payments in an organization. The payment team has become very responsive with the introduction of OpenEnvoy - less erros and saves lot of time. **What do you dislike about OpenEnvoy?** Filtering capability can be improved further. Impelementation takes a bit more than anticipated. Focus can be on the above two areas of filtering capability and faster implementation. **What problems is OpenEnvoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saves in reducing error in payments. Saves in time reduction and human errors are completely avoided. Automation helps in large bills volumes to be handled with less time and resources. ### 5. We get over 1,000 AP invoices a month so the volume has used to be a bottleneck. **What do you dislike about OpenEnvoy?** The start-up time took much longer than anticipated. Our initial go live was supposed to be Q4 2021 and our actual go live was Q1 2022. **Recommendations to others considering OpenEnvoy:** Be very specific about your needs for reconciling bills and lay out all the possible scenarios and pitfalls. **What problems is OpenEnvoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping up with our AP reconciliation process used to be very challenging.
