They have a very easy to use tool with excellent pairing techniques with full functionality. **What do you dislike about OpenElevator?** Particularly I have found what I am looking for, excellent tools and extraordinary results. **Recommendations to others considering OpenElevator:** Easy to use, useful tool for saving time and generating faster results, The process guide helped us decisively to take advantage of the time to process incoming applications. Excellent overall functionality, excellent user interface. Delighted with the results. **What problems is OpenElevator solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to solve situations such as adjusting a candidate for a team and company culture. On the other hand, it is very easy to use and configure, in addition to being customizable, and can be set up according to your company's requirements. **What do you dislike about OpenElevator?** It is a very integral tool; however, it would be convenient if, in the case of the employer, when listing the positions, they could enter the salary package offered by our company. **Recommendations to others considering OpenElevator:** It is a very effective tool, fulfills the job, has a high quality, good technical service and broadly worth the costs of the program. **What problems is OpenElevator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we implemented this tool, it has allowed us to expand with new branches. Although our office is centralized in the main offices, the selection processes were very precise, and this automated tool allows us to select the most suitable candidates for our requirements based on their skills and profiles. The fact that it allows us to reduce the time of the selection process is a gain; however, this program guarantees us higher performance in the management of our human resources office. The hiring processes have been more efficient, and even the internal nominal movements allow us to promote the most suitable and outstanding employees to new positions. We really like this program; it provides reliability, and the systematization has been unbeatable. We are very satisfied with the performance of OpenElevator. Additionally, it has strengthened us as a work team since, with the time we currently have available, we can dedicate ourselves to other activities.
