(2)5.0/5

OpenElevator gives leaders measurable visibility into hidden employee retention, alignment, and working-relationship risk before it becomes turnover. OpenElevator is a workforce analytics platform that quantifies employee retention risk, values alignment, interpersonal alignment, and team dynamics so leaders can see where problems are forming before employees resign. Rather than relying on instinct, engagement scores, or exit interviews after the damage is done, leaders receive measurable early-warning signals, individualized recommendations, and practical guidance on where intervention is needed. OpenElevator also helps organizations understand how potential hires are likely to align with the manager and existing team, reducing the risk of introducing future retention or collaboration problems. The result is greater visibility into who may be at risk, why the risk exists, where team friction is concentrated, and what leaders can do about it.
