What do you like best about Opendock?

The ease of use for scheduling appts for our carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opendock?

There was functionality that was in the previous system that does not exist in the current version. When I asked our contact who went through the training of the new version with us about some of this functionality, it seemed like an inconvenience that he wasn't able to really help with. What do you like best about Opendock?

Cut down on emails and phonecalls regarding truck arrival and unloading times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that our customers can go into the portal and schedule at their convenience. The portal also asks the customer much detailed information that helps us be prepared from the start without having to hound our client with questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
