We’ve also had touring professionals tell us it’s the best club app they’ve used — high praise from players who’ve seen it all. Alex and his team are incredibly responsive, often making updates or answering questions within minutes. Their app roadmap is packed with custom features and future innovations, and it's clear they understand exactly what modern clubs need. If you're looking for an exceptional pickleball app, look no further than Open Court. **What do you dislike about OpenCourt?** The only thing I dislike is that a few features are still being developed, but Alex and his team are clearly working tirelessly to make this the best app on the market. I have no doubt they’ll deliver (and then some)! **What problems is OpenCourt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Open Court Pickleball is solving the ongoing challenge of keeping the app fresh, innovative, and user-friendly by continually adding new features and improving functionality. There were a ton of customers that raved about the interface and how easy it was to use. Great customer service and support whenever we needed it and a really fast turnaround time of fixes. There are a ton of great features and options for us. **What do you dislike about OpenCourt?** There was a handful of times some processes were getting implemented or fixed which created bugs on our customers' side of making reservations. But those issues were made priority and were fixed and resolved pretty quickly. **What problems is OpenCourt solving and how is that benefiting you?** OpenCourt helps our customers make reservations very easily. It benefits us by not having to add an extra process step to assist customers in booking a court. ### 3. Both our members and guests appreciate the straightforwardness, functionality, and aesthetics of the interface. We recently started using their new community feature, and our members are really enjoying it. There is a comprehensive knowledge library available, but we also have the option to communicate directly with the team, who are always extremely helpful and respond impressively quickly to help us find the most effective solutions.
