**What do you like best about OpenConf?**

We now have the plus edition plan that allows functions such as uploading files and easily customizing the themes that are already preset in the software. This software is cloud-based, which allows you to log into the system at all times with an internet connection, but it is also downloadable for offline use. I like that it has an anti-spam system with captcha verification to verify if it is a bots or a real person, when submitting forms.

**What do you dislike about OpenConf?**

I think this plus edition plan, should already have technical support and not just the more expensive plan, although their website provides plenty of help, it is not the same as technical support. Their interface is quite outdated, they could modernize it and make it more pleasing to the eye, but that's just my opinion. The file upload sometimes gets cumbersome and I have to cancel the upload and start it again for it to complete the procedure.

**Recommendations to others considering OpenConf:**

I recommend it to all companies that hold conferences, workshops or write articles for magazines, because it is a perfect editor that controls all the details, from avoiding plagiarism to having an online community that evaluates it. It has been very useful for us in the department, that's why we recommend it. It is a software that we have been able to get a lot out of it for writing, managing and editing our conferences, articles and workshops. It is an easy way to organize and manage everything related to conferences with its many useful tools. We no longer have to do it manually, as many functions are automatic, which has allowed us to be more productive at work.

**What problems is OpenConf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a software that we are using for all the management of conferences, workshops and articles that we write in the office. It is a very easy to use software and very useful to have all our files organized in a better way and to be able to have everything in one place. It has an anti-spam system with captcha in sending forms and contacts, to ensure that they are real people who send them. Allows customization of predefined themes, to make them more in line with the company. Cloud-based software with mobile access (only in the professional edition plan) that also allows access to the program without internet connection.
