Not much really, although i haven't been working with OpenCms for some time now. In the past, the best feature, although it wasn't really appealing for me personally, was OpenCms being Java-based, which was a driving factor in adopting it in a non-skilled team of Java developers who wouldn't have been able to learn a new language. What do you dislike about OpenCms? - The fact that there are several better, more lightweight options - A generally high barrier to entrance to become productive working with OpenCms - Poor support for development tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering OpenCms: It's a legit choice only if sticking to Java is a binding constraint. What problems is OpenCms solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't been using OpenCms for a long time now.
