Shopify mode embeds Opencals directly into Shopify admin with no separate login, syncing services as products, bookings as orders, and customers with the Shopify ecosystem. Agricultural equipment service is highly seasonal—we’re slammed in April and May, and December is nearly dead—so we’re not stuck paying a flat monthly fee during the slow months. In winter, we might pay $5–10 for the handful of bookings we get. In spring, we pay more, but the volume justifies it. Every other system we looked at would have charged us the same amount year-round. Multi-staff availability is also exactly what we needed. We have technicians with different specializations, so customers can see who’s available and book the right person. We had it set up in a day. **What do you dislike about Opencals?** I couldn’t think of any missing features.
