I think our biggest challenge will be getting the whole team onboard with being comfortable using openBOM as a tool - however, I'm not sure the company can do much to assist with this as there are already many videos & tools online. I like the integration with SolidWorks, as it enables our Bill of Materials to get updated immediately when design changes are made in CAD.
