The best thing about OpenAsset, in my opinion, is how easily it links our project data and visual assets. Although OpenAsset is really helpful, I feel that the search feature may occasionally be a little stiff; if you're not using the precise proper keywords or tags, it's easy to miss essential papers or images. Additionally, because BDP has such a large portfolio, it might be difficult to keep everything consistently categorised and current, which occasionally makes it harder to discover what you're searching for. The ease of use, features it has for our team, and user experience is top of the line for AEC softwares. The AI search function is a god-send. The bulk uploading process was seamless through their team who made it easy. The templates are very easily usable and streamlines a lot of our workflows. The software has been very customizable to our needs and not necessarily a one-size-fits all method (which is good) - has been very easy to integrate with Unanet. Searching can be time-consuming. Open Asset has proven to be very efficient and steady. When searching for images or projects through my company, it narrows down your search and opens links and all sorts of information related to that. It is like a company search engine, reliable and consistent. Its new release of searching by visual content is extremely useful and allows users to search for images or projects that may have complicated names.
