Open Source Barware is a completely free, open-source bar inventory system that runs locally on your laptop with no subscription, no cloud, and no account required. It starts dead simple for the average bartender — walk the bar or speak your stations into a phone, count in tenths, and the built-in parser builds the full map. Once the bar is set up, the same Chrome-side program becomes a powerful industrial-strength tool with built-in support for digital scales and pinpoint measurements, structured POS and invoice imports, multi-level variance tracking, recipe costing, smart orders, par alerts, mobile counting, barcode, receiving, and multi-venue transfers. All data stays in open, readable formats on your machine. GPLv3. Built by a working bartender in Cleveland.
