I used Open Science Framework to pre-register research studies, which holds me accountable when it's time to report results. I also like that it consolidates all my research questions in one place. It holds researchers (including myself) accountable by recording the initial details of your project and ensuring you follow those procedures when analyzing your data. Arrange your files, keep them in cloud, share them with teammate it’s a simply way to use this application. I also appreciated the ease of use of your files and searches, always at hand and viewable at any time. What do you dislike about Open Science Framework? Sincerely there’s nothing I noticed as “wrong” in this platform. Maybe latency of files upload, but I can’t say it depends to OSF. Sometimes it seems complex which project you are following and you have to search for it among those in progress, then carrying out several steps before arriving at the desired project. Research, however, works well. Overall, nothing to complain about and I find it very useful for those who need such equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Open Science Framework: This open source platform is very useful for collaborations in scientific research. It offers everything necessary to be able to reproduce a project, verify it, modify it, fix it, update it and send it so that it can be evaluated and examined both by collaborators and by appointments and by externals if you make it public. It is an application that we use in the company to save extremely important data in the cloud, and when we need to modify some of the information or reports that we save there, this system has modified options, it is quite useful to reinforce the information security of The company, and even people, has a work screen very easy to work and that meets all the necessary requirements to make our office a more organized place, technical support or assistance is super attentive and effective. One of the errors that we get in the software is that in some intances they did not load or they were stuck, or simply they were stuck, a boy of the technical service clarified to us that this error could be due to the internet connection, however it I check the connection and everything was in order, in addition to this the files are sometimes deleted, or the modifications are not saved, but failures that happen very exporadically, so it is not something alarming. Recommendations to others considering Open Science Framework: It is a really useful tool, to improve the security of your files since they can be backed up in the cloud and even if your physical equipment damages all the files will be saved, it is really useful in this sense, anyone who decides to use it is not going to regret anything. Before applying this system, if a computer was damaged it had to pay high costs in technical support to try to recover information, now thanks to this software the cost within each department was considerably minimized and the information saving part was greatly reinforced It has been so useful that it is unimportant not to want to work with him at all times, it gives us a lot of confidence, and it is extremely profitable.
