I would rather use Eagle Soft **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2017 **What do you like best about Open Dental?** Seeing many providers on 1 screen, which is 15 chairs. Other than that, nothing, I hate it every day. **What do you dislike about Open Dental?** The clinical chart is too small. Patients name on the clinical chart is too small. All print is one color. Was not provided with a trainer or formal training plan upon conversion. Too many clicks required with mouse to enter simple data resulting in inefficient use of time **Recommendations to others considering Open Dental:** Provide proper training manual **What problems is Open Dental solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improved access to insurance company and decreased IT expenses **Official Response from Erica Euen:** > We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with the program so far.
