Open CPD helps training providers issue branded CPD certificates and digital badges to learners, one at a time or in bulk from a spreadsheet. Every certificate has a unique verification ID and a permanent public achievement page, so learners can share it and employers can check it online. You set up your organisation profile and course profiles once, then issue certificates for each course or event, individually or in bulk by uploading a CSV file. Each learner receives a branded CPD certificate and an Open Badge digital badge, both with a unique verification ID. Each certificate also has its own persistent, public achievement page showing the course details, learning outcomes, skills and provider profile. Learners can share these on LinkedIn, in a CV or in an email signature, and employers can verify them in seconds. Certificates are stored so they cannot be altered after issue. You can choose from over 20 professional templates, add partner or client logos, issue in multiple languages, and award your own CPD points. Course profiles are free to create and reuse, and you only use credits when you issue a certificate. You can start on pay-as-you-go and move to a subscription once your volume justifies it. Open CPD does not accredit or endorse training. The credibility comes from the provider publishing their own training, under their own name, on an independent platform. Open CPD certificates are powered by Open CPD, and the training stays yours. Open CPD is built for small and medium-sized training providers, consultants who deliver training, professional bodies, charities and conference or event organisers. You can go from sign-up to your first certificate in a day. It works with any LMS through CSV upload, Zapier or Zoho Flow, and an API is available for high-volume use. It is used by about 200 training providers in more than 30 countries.
