OPDly is cloud hospital and clinic management software built for Indian hospitals and clinics. Reception, doctors, billing, pharmacy and lab work from one patient record, so nothing is typed twice. Reception books a walk-in in about 10–15 seconds and runs a per-doctor token queue. Patients get a WhatsApp confirmation with a live link showing their token, position and estimated wait — no app to install. Future visits get a reminder the evening before, and patients can book online from the hospital's own free page and QR code. Doctors can keep writing on paper while reception handles the queue and billing, or use the quick prescription screen with templates and send a branded prescription PDF in English or an Indian language on WhatsApp. Medical certificates (sick leave, fitness, rest) are issued and kept in a register. Billing covers OPD, pharmacy and lab — or one combined bill — with GST, cash, UPI, card and split payments, dues and refunds. The pharmacy module handles counter billing from the prescription, stock by batch and expiry, purchases and suppliers, with 1,290+ common Indian medicines ready to add. The lab module handles orders, barcode labels, results and branded reports shared on WhatsApp. Owners see daily collection, doctor-wise reports, pharmacy and lab profit, and get a summary email every evening. Every user has their own login, the owner controls what each role can do, and an audit log records every change. No installation, no IT staff. Plans from ₹499/month, billed yearly.
