Opcrunch is a modern PSA built for small managed service providers. It was designed by an IT engineer who has spent years working inside MSP tools and knows where the hours and the money slip away. It brings tickets, SLAs, clients, managed assets, agreements, time tracking and invoicing into one connected workspace, so every ticket shows the client’s agreement, devices and SLA clock, and billable work flows straight onto the invoice with nothing re-keyed. AI is built into the daily workflow rather than added on as a chatbot. Opcrunch can read each new ticket and give the technician a summary, a suggested priority and a next step, draft a clear reply to the client, and turn rushed shorthand time notes into professional notes ready for the invoice. Every workspace controls whether automatic reads are on and caps how much the AI can spend. The AI suggests, and your technicians decide; it never changes a ticket by itself. The platform also does the checking that normally waits until month end. Its revenue check compares Microsoft 365 license counts and RMM device counts against what each agreement bills. It also flags approved time that never reached an invoice and work done for clients whose agreement has ended. When several tickets mention the same service going down, Opcrunch spots the pattern and checks the provider’s official status page, so the team knows within minutes whether it’s a real outage. Clients get a portal to raise tickets, accept quotes, follow projects and pay invoices by card or ACH. Technicians track time from the browser or an always-on-top desktop timer. Opcrunch works with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, Microsoft 365 and eight major RMMs, including NinjaOne, Datto RMM and N-able. It costs $49 per technician per month with no contract, and migration from ConnectWise, Autotask or HaloPSA is free.
