Gynaecology, ENT, radiology, dermatology, ophthalmology, psychology and aesthetic medicine each have the examinations their work needs, and mental health teams can record PHQ-9 and GAD-7 totals. Key capabilities include one shared calendar for the whole team, a single patient file across departments, treatments that become the invoice, laboratory requests with results shown against reference ranges and verified with who did it and when, imaging reports with the study viewer beside them, shift-by-shift medication rounds for residential care, and staff and reporting tools for managers. Each clinic can also publish its own public page with services, team, opening hours and photos. OPALEVI supports more than 40 interface languages, so staff can work in their own language, and each clinic's data is kept separate from every other clinic's.
