**What do you like best about ooVoo?**

Alright for multiple connections to be made for a lot of people to communicate 

**What do you dislike about ooVoo?**

Too much unnecessary features and the user interface is unnecessarily complicated. Much simpler designs like skype can be used

**Recommendations to others considering ooVoo:**

There are better apps out there like skype

**What problems is ooVoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving communication between teammates but even that is frustrating and made us switch

I like being able to see who I’m chatting with. 

**What do you dislike about ooVoo?**

I didn’t like video quality of the video

**What problems is ooVoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer use this software.
