I worked a few ATS before but none has normal search integrated with the ATS only the power search was used. **What do you dislike about Oorwin?** While using a monster and searching the same string in Careerbuilder often I don't see the resumes. I was not sure if that was a problem from the our end or with the server. To open the resume after clicking it takes more 5 - 10 sec to open the resume and to track them it takes more time, so please add the my candidates list on the dashboard. **What problems is Oorwin solving and how is that benefiting you?** The internal database is huge, i could find many candidates in the internal database and rather than using monster and careerbuilder. Sourcing information about an organisation. This has been resolved through the Customer Insights feature in the Sales CRM module 2. Turn around time for bench. Features like Job Grabber have come really handy and have helped reduce our turn around time to place the bench by almost 75%. The plugins for Chrome, Gmail also come in very handy to automate the process 3. Streamlining onboarding - The HRMS module just does that with all documents in place. Features like reminders and triggers make it easy to keep track of documents that are going to expire and take requisite measures 4.
