As I mentioned, Oomnitza just works, and it is hard to find what not to like. I have a preference that I hate and brought up to their support. I like to view my data in Block View, but whenever my session ends or closes, it goes back to List View. The Dev to Prod config change migration could use more clarity on how, when, and under what circumstances we should migrate changes to Prod. Possibly, some documentation or UI pop guidance for migration scenarios.

I have found Oomniza to be a user-friendly and enjoyable experience to use. We have been able to reorganize our warehouses and assets with Ease. One thing that I would like to see improved is the ability to print bar codes directly from the software. - Support - When we began our account setup, we needed some custom integrations built. Oomnitza has some truly skilled engineers on their team that got us to the finish line (big shout out to Isaac). Since then, the need for custom integrations has been reduced as their prebuilt extension catalog has grown by leaps and bounds.

- Searchability - the search function in Oomnitza saves our team time finding asset information and building reports. It's easy to search by specific attributes.

- Integrations - The built-in integrations can get pricey but can hopefully save your company money in the long run. One that our team makes heavy use of is the Jira integration. It allows us to see an employee's assets from the Jira ticket they submit to us.

- Pricing can be confusing. It's sometimes unclear which features are included and which are considered add-ons. Many of the features have been added in the past year or so. I expect they will better pin down their pricing model as time moves on.
