What do you like best about Ooma Office?

Ooma has made using our phones between offices super convenient. The ability to place customers on "Park" for others to pick up or just "Hold" to my own phone has helped avoid confusion in who is picking up what line. Forwarding calls to cell phones and the ability to read and received text messages to our "landline" number has been super helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ooma Office?

Only complaint is that when the internet goes down, so do our phones (as opposed to using a regular phone line) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
