I didn't even call technical support to finish. Call quality is very good, much better than some of the competition. The phone app allows the clinicians to have direct access to all calls placed to their person extension and can return calls from the cell phone that appears to be from the business. ### 4. All those fees should be bundled into a single fee that's advertised honestly, instead of sneaking them in. The phone system is so reliable. I haven't ever experienced a dropped call, not once. And when I'm talking to someone, whether it's a business call or whatever, I haven't ever had static in the line or any interruptions whatsoever. I'm pointing this out because I have experienced all these on other VOIP products, such as Ring Central, Vontage, and Skype (not 100% sure this would be considered VOIP). **What do you dislike about Ooma Office?** Not being able to see my call list when forwarding calls. Not sure if the option is there, but I haven't been shown how to see this if it is there. **Recommendations to others considering Ooma Office:** The clarity and price is much better with Ooma than most other products in the market, especially the more popular ones. The phone is reliable and easy enough to use that when I'm in the office and want the phones to ring to me, I can easily turn off the call forwarding. I inquired with them and informed them I had satellite internet, I was informed that it was not an issue. We went ahead and bought the system, it has been a nightmare ever since. Many dropped calls, no dial tone, no calls coming in but getting voicemails. I just canceled the account but I have to eat the hardware cost, honestly a lot of people complain about it and it is not right to tell someone that the service would work to be informed afterwards that it does not, the tech that i talked to the first time laughed with the speeds we got 10 mbps up and download speeds. For a two phone line system how much bandwidth do you really need to have? You read all their information online and they tell it is about 750 kbps per line. OOMA is a joke and sells you stuff that does not work, it is unfortunate that I have to eat the cost. What makes it even worse that when I canceled the account i was informed that I could sell it or donate it to another business. The service is also very customizable, so the virtual receptionist can make sure patrons are getting exactly the information they need or connecting them with the right person they need to talk to. **What do you dislike about Ooma Office?** The system was not particularly intuitive to set up without professional help. There are some limitations with the way the mobile app shows calls, so it's not always obvious to tell if you're receiving a personal call or a business call. Finally, while you can set up ring groups to ring the phones of multiple employees when a certain extension is pressed, if no one answers, the caller can leave a voicemail for only one person. **Recommendations to others considering Ooma Office:** Stay in contact with Ooma's support team to make sure your system is initially set up correctly. A lot of their set up terms are super confusing and if you don't know their lingo then it won't work correctly. I think it is a little expensive for what it is. Also, I wish that other users could have just the general app on their phone without an extension.
