## About Oodrive_meeting
Oodrive Board is a cloud solution for running governance bodies digitally. It covers the full meeting lifecycle, from the agenda and notices through to the session itself, the votes and the minutes, within a single environment designed, hosted and operated in France. Boards of directors, executive committees, audit committees and security committees are prepared, held and documented in one place. Organisers build the agenda with its topics and sub-topics, attach the relevant documents, compile the boardbook, send notices and reminders, then open votes by show of hands or anonymously. Access rights are set document by document and attendee by attendee. The session itself now sits inside that perimeter. Oodrive Talk, the video conferencing developed by Oodrive, is natively integrated into Oodrive Board: the room opens from the committee workspace, with a waiting room, screen sharing, numbered hand raising and background options. Between sessions, members exchange messages in that same workspace, with mentions, replies and reactions. From scheduling through to deliberations, every stage of the committee stays within a French environment, with no third-party tool to integrate. Oodrive Board runs on Oodrive's own cloud infrastructure, in a public or private cloud qualified SecNumCloud since 2019. Oodrive controls the entire chain, from the application to the infrastructure. For attendees, Oodrive Board brings calendar, agenda and documents together in a secure space available on mobile, tablet and desktop, including offline. Each member can annotate documents, keep private notes, and electronically sign the attendance sheet and then the minutes through Oodrive Sign. Notifications flag every change made to the meeting materials.
