This program allows us to recover lost or missing files from client computers.

**What do you like best about Ontrack Easy Controls?**

It tells us the gigabyte count of the files that can be recovered. Easy saving.

**What do you dislike about Ontrack Easy Controls?**

Program sometimes freezes making us wait an hour 
or two for it to become stable enough to use.

**Describe the project or task Ontrack Easy Controls helped with:**

I just need to recover some data from a flash card that we planned to used in digital camera. The images were deleted by mistake. I have use Knoll on track and was able to retrieve almost all data, nevertheless it takes some time. The size of flash card was 64gb and 

**What do you like best about Ontrack Easy Controls?**

Very intuitive interface and easy to use navigation. Many option to choose

**What do you dislike about Ontrack Easy Controls?**

I do not have any problem with software and cannot say more about aspects that I do not like. Great software

**Recommendations to others considering Ontrack Easy Controls:**

If you need a software to recover you data that were moved, deleted or formatted on the storage device, Knoll Ontrack is the best and easiest way to archive your goal

We are using their software to allow granular restore from Exchange backups

**What do you like best about Ontrack Easy Controls?**

The ability to restore a single email from a Unitrends backup

**What do you dislike about Ontrack Easy Controls?**

We were initially disappointed to need this service in addition to Unitrends to achieve the granular restore we wanted.  I don't like having to go to a seperate program.
