Ontop saved me in this. **What do you dislike about Ontop?** I would love to have an option to get my account movements, sometimes I need to prove my monthly job payment and expenses and if so frustrating do not have this option. It's very easy to transfer money to brazillian bank accounts and they provide an international credit card that works fine in all kind of stores here. Their support is very kind and is always ready to solve problems. **What do you dislike about Ontop?** I had a problem to receive money back from an account that refused a transfer that I made from ontop. Since we do not have a bank account in our name on top, it's delaying to much to solve. But the support team is always kind and answers quickly. It's amazing that now a transaction takes just a few minutes to any account. Also, I love to use the card; there are no fees when you use it. **What do you dislike about Ontop?** 1—The reporting options are so limited that you cannot create a good report of your transactions. You should be able to create a report by month, showing the money moved with the amount and exchange rate, but they only send you a document with all the info mixed in a PDF, which is not very useful. 2—There have been bugs and problems with money disappearing from the card. The last time, the issues took 2 months, and nobody did anything until we mentioned taking legal action. All of them were easy to set up and the transfer went through quite fast. Commissions are reasonable. All in all, my experience has been great. **What do you dislike about Ontop?** While doing the onboarding there were some things that needed a minor tweak. For instance, I had to contact support to fix an issue with my Payoneer account. However, the support team was great and they fixed the issue almost immediately. **What problems is Ontop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before implementing OnTop, our Admin team would manually transfer our monthly salaries depending on the platform we chose as a payment method. It was really time consuming and not so flexible. For Apple products i believe you do not have access to pay with ApplePay (I have not had that option to yet) and it's more uncomfortable to only be able to use physical card to pay. 3.
