Ontic has a user-friendly interface and multiple features that help us automate some monitoring needs. The platform gives us a centralized place to house all of our information, and the dev team is constantly adding new quality of life features to improve the user's experience. What do you dislike about Ontic?

Ontic is constantly adding in new tools that integrate with everything else in the platform, but you might need to wait for a chance to implement them if you have strict yearly budget constraints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ontic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now have a centralized system to store all of the information for our POIs/ BOLOs. The platform makes it easy to track and automate some updates and reassessments, and we're able to quickly share relevant information with teams on the ground by generating BOLO reports.
