**What do you like best about Ontic?**

The use it provides regarding persons of interest. I like that all POI information is kept in one place. POI and social signals. It doesn't lag behind in the POI category, but in social signals lags behind Liferaft Navigator.

**What do you dislike about Ontic?**

The fact that the documentation is poor. The alerting lags behind a competitor (Liferaft Navigator). Fix the documentation issue. The questions are repetative.

**What problems is Ontic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blah - just getting to the question. Benefits - ability to track and alert on persons of interest, and because of this am more productive. Performance is slightly increased.
