The setup process is also overwhelming. They have been not patient, in helping me navigate through it. The quality of the broadcasts is cumbersome. **What do you dislike about OnTheFly?** I find their promotional tools quite hectic. I do think there needs to be options. OnTheFly has a user interface and does not allow for multi casting there are areas where it falls short. It supports social media streaming there is a lack of customization options for each channel. **What problems is OnTheFly solving and how is that benefiting you?** The limited selection of themes provided by OnTheFly does not cater to everyones preferences.
