Like anything new, it wasn't as easy and simple to get an account setup. It was a bit clunky to and hard to figure out how to remove an admin that moved on in the company and add a new person. I ended up having to call in and let someone guide me through the process. I believe that since that day, there have been some changes made to make this aspect more simple.
