Ontell AI is a no-code WhatsApp Business automation platform built to help SMBs, e-commerce stores, clinics, and real estate agencies handle customer support and sales 24/7. Unlike rigid, menu-based chatbots, Ontell uses Generative AI to understand intent, typos, and natural conversation in local Arabic dialects (Khaleeji, Saudi, Egyptian) and English. Setup takes under 3 minutes with a simple QR code scan—requiring zero coding, developer API configurations, or Meta approval delays. Includes automated abandoned cart recovery, lead qualification, and a pay-as-you-go pricing model starting at just $19/month.
