I love that I don't have to have an IT degree to be a successful and effective system administrator. Once you're familiar with how Onspring works/flows, the Onspring world is your oyster! We're currently trying to come up with more processes that we can incorporate into our instance. Also, their customer support deserves a gold medal! They are quick and friendly. And they don't just solve the problem for me; they take the time to meet with me to explain all the details, which has literally helped me solve subsequent hurdles. It is super easy to customize the platform to meet our needs. The support and solutions team at Onspring is first in class, and we have had a wonderful time to date working with their staff and solution implementation team. The Onspring staff is very interested in our company's success with using their platform, and constantly offers training sessions, tips and tricks, and communications regarding changes and best practices. The yearly Onspring Connect event is also a differentiator for their company - much like the Dreamforce event from Salesforce, Onspring Connect is intended to make you a 'part of the family' and interested in using and growing with their product. No-code configuration that is simple to learn - even for non-IT professionals. The Onspring platform delivers streamlined workflows, excellent reports and dashboards, and automated notifications. Survey fuctionality captures data from non-licensed users, and the ability to link applications provides managers with an in-depty analysis of the organization's risks. Permission roles don't stack/build, meaning we have to build far more custom roles to reach the granular permission sets we need.

The customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. They are always there to answer questions or set up a meeting to discuss any challenges we may be having. They also listen to their clients on pain points. For example, if there is something clients do not like about the platform and Onspring hears about it, they will do their best to incorporate it into a release if the change is possible on their end.

Although Onspring is not a word processing tool, it would be amazing if there was a way to integrate Office online into the tool. After being a client of Onspring for 5 years, this is really the only challenge my organization has faced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We thoroughly enjoy working with Onspring. Just this past week we got on the phone with an issue with our our logic worked to produce a risk-based items list. They took a look and provided a solution that we are working through now! They are super helpful and really listen to your situation or request to provide a worthy, beneficial response. When we can, we hope to expand our business with Onspring because this is the sort of working relationship we value.
I really like the annual User Forum too where I can meet other customers and we can share our troubles and hear how others have solved for things. Onspring makes that happen each year and provides some "best practices" learnings both here and through regular communications which is really helpful.

A few more out of the box integrations would be very useful, especially Office. We currently need to download a file to view it, but having an inbuilt opening of a document within office online would be great. It can then be saved back in Onspring Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Onspring is very easy to use. Their platform is simple to understand which allows for easy design and configuration. Employees are able to quickly learn how to navigate through the tool, and also love the ability to build their own customized reports. So far, there have been very few "asks" that we haven't been able to configure within the system.

It is the of use. Once you learn the in and outs which is intuitive you can create your own reports and dashboards. My favorite thing is that it is so easy to customize, obviously by the title of my review. It is so incredibly flexible and changes are so easy to make. There are no initial start up fees to worry about, nor long term contracts required. You do not need to be an IT professional to figure out how to customize it for your companies biggest needs. Customer support responds almost immediately. I love the task tracking and task assignment features. There is great help for any project manager, and with it's simple drag and drop interface, the most inexperienced user can easily navigate the system. I am a fan of the web based platform.
