I love that I don't have to have an IT degree to be a successful and effective system administrator. Once you're familiar with how Onspring works/flows, the Onspring world is your oyster! We're currently trying to come up with more processes that we can incorporate into our instance. We now are currently using this tool for contract management and GRC. Their customer support deserves a gold medal! They are quick and friendly. And they don't just solve the problem for me; they take the time to meet with me to explain all the details, which has literally helped me solve subsequent hurdles. Just the other day, I was able to show them how they can create their own reports and extract workpapers without having to request & wait.
