Onspring is easy to use and easy to adapt to your needs. There are few limitations which allows us to shape the system in line to our savings methodoloigy and business requirements. Our Procurement teams use Onspring frequently and in real time. There is a good level of customer support with prompt responses and felxibility. Implemetation of enhancements has been easy and the Onspring team tend to think outside of the box to meet your needs offering multiple solutions for business suggested improvements. It is important to us to have these fixed for a smoother user experience.
