Onsites AI is a support desk with CRM, documents and AI in one workspace. Website chat, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger and LINE land in a single shared inbox, and every conversation stays attached to the customer record, so an agent sees the account, the pipeline and the invoices without switching tabs. Pricing is deliberately flat: three full seats are free forever, not a trial. The fourth seat is $15 per month, and AI is billed per credit at fixed rates - about $0.03 for a drafted reply and $0.24 for a full agent run - instead of a per-resolution fee. Credits never expire, and self-hosting is available. AI: Copilot drafts and translates replies inside the thread, while the agent answers from your own documents, CRM records and conversation history and shows the sources it used. Documents: quotes, orders, invoices and contracts are created from the same thread with catalogue-based pricing and a status audit trail. A built-in AI spam and phishing filter is included at no cost.
