What do you like best about OnSIP?

I like Onsip because while working from home during this ongoing COVID-19 pandemic I get all my calls going to my office phone forwarded to my agency cell phone. Therefore I do not miss getting any important phone calls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnSIP?

Their support team is one of the best that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Onsip as a VoIP vendor has promised and consistently managed to deliver good service. We've used them in our business before and not a single customer has reported any issue with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnSIP?

It does not allow you to send SMS texts, which is something some of our clients wished it had. Once texting is available, it'll make a good replacement for mobile phones for lower price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OnSIP:

For a small price of $19 per month, Onsip is way too good and offers so much. If you're using a Mac, be aware that conferencing isn't possible yet. For others, you have the option to use a free trial of Onsip for a month before you make up your mind on wanting to pay for it or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnSIP solving and how is that benefiting you?

I absolutely love the benefits such as having voice mails being sent directly to my email, recording all incoming and outgoing calls, etc. Onsip has also helped us greatly reduce our expenses compared to our local phone service provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnSIP?

The flexibility of the configuration, I can easily route calls exactly as I want them to go. Easy to setup call recording with an external cloud storage service which is much better than many internal offerings. Inexpensive! Many of the features offered with OnSip cost much more with other companies, and aren't have as reliable or easy to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnSIP?

Would be nice if it included texting, would make it a full-featured cell phone replacement. Very little to dislike about this phone system however, I have actually had zero problems that couldn't be resolved with a simple phone call or chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnSIP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Meets compliance needs by recording all incoming and outgoing calls. Helped reduce cost by allowing an external SIP bridge to bring in the toll-free calls, along with having a per-user/line cost that is 1/3 the cost of most companies out there.
