I like how easy it is to use the platform to set up the employee schedule. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciate being able to pull reports on overtime which saves me the time from logging on to the payroll system. I like there is a mobile app available even though it does not have all the capabilities of the actual website. There are two main things i don't like about OnShift. I don't like the limited capabilities of the app from a mobile device because i can not see my actual schedule. The app is only good for retrieving staff phone numbers. If I need to see my schedule or make any edits to my staffs schedule, i have to log onto the computer because it is not possible to do on a mobile device. When replying to messages, it is quite bothersome because you must reply to the specific code that is sent rather than simply replying by hitting the send button. I wish they would fix that feature so that it would be more easy to respond to messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
